Our story
KΛIN ka-ien, a Filipino word which means to eat, is often used as an invitation to gather around the table.
KΛIN takes its roots from the flavors of the Philippines, and the moments Kim and Nick shared around food over the years.
Our first menu is called Pamana, the Filipino word for heritage. For us, Pamana is about the things you carry with you. Flavors that bring you back to a place or moment. The people, stories and dishes change with time, but the memories become a thing to be cherished.
What began as something deeply personal slowly grew into something we wanted to share with others.
Tara, kain. Come, take a seat and eat with us.
